Return & Exchange Policy

Order Returned Due to Carrier Error or Invalid Address:
If an order is returned to us due to a mistake by the carrier or an incorrect address, we’ll be more than happy to reship the product to the correct address at no additional charge. Please reach out to us right away, and we’ll take care of it.

Damaged or Defective Products:
We strive to ensure all items are carefully checked before shipping. However, if a product arrives damaged or defective, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. You can request either a replacement or a full refund within 14 days of receiving the product. To assist us in processing your request, we may ask for a photo of the damaged or defective item.

Non-Receipt of Order:
If you haven't received your order, please notify us within 15 days from/after the expected delivery date. We’ll investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
